Mango Cilantro Slaw

Prep Time: 15 minutes . Serves 6

1/4 Head Medium Cabbage, shredded
1/4 Head Medium Red Cabbage, shredded
1/2 Cup Cilantro, chopped
1 Large Mango, cut in strips
2 Tbsp Olive Oil
Juice from 2 Lemons
Salt, cayenne pepper & black pepper to taste
In a large bowl, combine all the ingredients and mix well.
